The holiday house "Ferienhaus Kos" has been owned and managed by the present family since 1972 and is a popular choice with tourists, due to its pleasant surroundings and its central location in the heart of Saalbach Hinterglemm.

The holiday house has two flats - one in the ground floor and one in the first floor. Every flat has 2 bedrooms, an eat-in kitchen with TV, a toilet and a bathroom. In the first floor there's a balcony and in the ground floor there's a terrace.

There's a free private parking place directly in front of our house. From the rooms, the balcony and the terrace you have beautiful views over the valley.

The house is located between Saalbach and Hinterglemm. By car you reach the centers of Saalbach and Hinterglemm and the main lifts in about 5 minutes.
